I was pleased with his work, and I took him over to my daughter’s house the next day. They did some work for her too. We both have been pretty happy with the work. If I had any repair work that needed to be done, I would call that company.
If I remember correctly, the guy came out, diagnosed the problem, and basically told me that all I really needed to do was adjust the sensors at the bottom. He didn’t have to do anything, and he didn’t even charge me for the service call. That was very cool. So I asked him for a card, and I told him, ‘I guarantee you that the next time I need garage work done I’m going to call you.’ I think I’ve still got his card posted up on my board. That’s extreme customer satisfaction right there.
